Ingredients
2 slices of mackerelPinch of Salt
Teriyaki Sauce - Mix the following ingredients together
1/2 tbsp sugar1 1/2 tbsp mirin
1 1/2 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce
Method
- Wash mackerel thoroughly and pat dry
- Mix with a pinch of salt and marinate for a short while
- Add oil to hot pan
- Add in mackerel and pan fry both sides till golden brown
- Add in teriyaki sauce mixture and cook until sauce is reduced
- Serve
