[Candy Crush Saga] How to clear Level 140 of Candy Crush Saga

A Candy Crusher from our Flickrshare Candy Crusher Facebook Group requested for help on Level 140.

So here goes :-

Tips and guide for Level 140 of Candy Crush Saga

This level requires you to clear 99 each of yellow, red and orange candies. The difficultly here lies in the number of moves given at the start. You will not pass this level if you just match 3 candies only with each and every move. 

Tip 1 - Make use of cascading candies to make chain moves

Hence some strategizing is required to ensure that there is a chain of reaction for each move you make so that you clear more candies with each move (best if the candies are of the required colours).

Tip 2 - Create stripped candies

Stripped candies clear more candies with each move. Try to create them with every opportunity that you have. An additional tip is not to trigger them but let cascading candies help to trigger them. This way, you save on moves for those that would create matches when the candies cascade down.

Tip 3 - Rainbow sprinkles

This should be the top priority in every move. Scan for opportunities to create them before you look for other possible moves. Match them with any stripped candy or the most candies on the board for your required colour. If you have any particular colour with many left uncleared, you can also use for the colour - note that you will not clear the level even if you clear all but 1 of the required colours.

Tip 4 - Use Extra Moves from your friends

If you get stuck long enough, Candy Crush will send messages to your friends to help you by sending you extra moves for the level. STEP 3 : ADD YOUR DROPBOX ACCOUNT TO YOUR MAILBOX APP ON YOUR iOS DEVICES

Select the Dropbox option in Settings and add in your Dropbox account. 

After you have linked your Dropbox account to your Mailbox account, you can easily attach files from your Dropbox account to your emails when sending it using the Mailbox app.

[Share] How to remove stickiness from matt rubber surfaces

You probably have some gadgets around the house that has this matt rubber coated surface that is now sticky after a year or so. This is common in humid/hot places.

Removing stickiness from rubber surfaces on headphones 

I have this pair of headphones and the inner sides of the head phones above the earpiece is made of such rubbery surface and it turned sticky after about a year in storage. After googling for solutions, I discover that there were various recommended solutions, so I decided to try this wipe made of 70% Isopropyl Alcohol & 30% distilled water on my headphones and it worked!

While originally meant for hospital and clinical use, this wipe is quite handy - good for wiping keyboards, mouse, even stains off the wall and cupboards. For parents with kids, you can also bring it along when dining out so that you can clean any dirty or oily baby chairs and also to wipe toilet seats or diaper changing stations before use.

Before using this, i resort to using talcum powder to counter the stickiness but it was unsightly.

After the wipedown with the alcohol wipe, some parts of the rubbery surface is now silky smooth like new while some parts have a rough feel but no sticky feeling. Beats the sticky feel prior to the wipedown. Perhaps one more round of rubbing will help remove the rough bits.

However, it may not work on all sticky rubber surfaces, I tried it on my mouse and it feels even more sticky now. I guess its the composition of the rubber that matters?

There are many different type of similar wipes in the market, especially antiseptic wipes, so make sure you look out for the content that says Isopropyl Alcohol (70%).

How to make the perfect Sunny Side Up

How to fry an egg 

Do you love to eat eggs for breakfast? The challenge of Sunny Side Up is to cook the top side of the egg fast enough so that the bottom side that is on the pan do not get cooked too long to get burnt. I like my sunny side up a bit burnt so that the edges are crispy but too burnt and you only taste the burnt flavour.

Obviously, judging from the comments to the video, it is still not the best way to cook the perfect sunny side up.

Some said that too much oil was used (especially on a non-stick pan), which I agree. Some bit of oil is needed so that the egg does not stick to the pan, but two to three teaspoons of oil for an egg is overkill.

Of course the spatula used on a non-stick pan should not be a metal one so that you do not scratch the non-stick or Tefal coating on the pan. It is good have the non-stick coating on the pan but not in your food.

A good idea suggested by one reader is to use a cover to "steam" the top surface of the egg so that it cooks more evenly.

My own suggestion to make your Sunny Side Up taste even better is to drip 3-5 drops of Dark Soya Sauce on the egg. You can skip the salt as Dark Soya Sauce is salty by itself but keep the pepper if you like the peppery kick.

Somehow, eggs cooked in any form goes well with dark soya sauce, whether it is poached, semi-boiled, sunny side up, etc. Try it, if you have not tried using dark soya sauce with eggs before.
